Personal representatives (executors) and trustees carry significant responsibilities,
often at a time of personal loss, changing family dynamics, or unfamiliar circumstances.
Working alongside you—and in coordination with attorneys, accountants, authorized representatives, and other professionals—Your Estate Assistant provides hands-on support with the practical and administrative aspects of estate and trust administration, bringing organization, continuity, and a neutral perspective to the work that remains.
With an understanding of grief and the many ways loss can affect families, I bring thoughtful assistance, personal attention, and a genuine commitment to easing the practical burden for those entrusted with these responsibilities.

Your Estate Assistant primarily supports personal representatives and trustees.
In select circumstances, serving as Personal Representative may be considered, subject
to legal review & formal appointment. Any such arrangement would be discussed
individually, with expectations and terms clearly established in advance.
Some of the most meaningful working relationships begin well before assistance is urgently needed.
I was once contacted more than two years before a family needed my help. When that time came, I was not a stranger arriving during a difficult period. There was already familiarity,
trust, and an understanding of their circumstances.
That experience reinforced for me the value of early planning. Establishing a connection
and identifying trusted support ahead of time can bring continuity, comfort, and peace of mind when circumstances change.

My friend passed away leaving me as executor of his estate in a community I did not know. Beth guided me through distributing items, clearing the house, and finding the right people for each task.
She was empathetic with friends and family and handled the estate dissolution efficiently and professionally.
While I was out of the country, she kept me informed and was ready for the accounting when I returned. Her professionalism, trustworthiness, and organizational skills are impressive.
